At The Green we believe that our people are what make our homes so comfortable for our residents. Many members of staff have been part of The Green team for over 15 years.
Each member of our team is carefully selected for their industry experience but most importantly for their friendly and caring personas.
All care staff are appropriately qualified, CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) checked and trained to deliver the highest level of care. A continuous staff training programme ensures that these high standards are maintained continuously in line with the latest developments in Care Practices as directed in appropriate legislation, regulations and the National Minimum Standards under the Care Standards Act 2008.
The Green encourages all care assistants to achieve a minimum qualification of NVQ (National Vocational Qualification) Level 2 in Health Care. All new members of staff are supported to attain this level of qualification and higher.

All the staff at the Green work hard to create a homely environment for the residents and always have time to tell a joke or just smile. Our aim is for the residents to feel valued and happy.”
